Choirs of all ages celebrate the season accompanied by handbells, brass, harp and pipe organ. A celebration with something for everyone – including some audience carols!

Oh, Freedom!
The Holman Choir, from Holman United Methodist Church in Los Angeles, celebrates the witness and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. with a concert of spirituals and gospel music.

This internationally known organist from the Marktkirche in Wiesbaden, Germany, will present a varied program from gospel songs to overtures – “a dazzling sound journey through the world of Romantic organ music.”

The Chancel Choir of First UMC will join with the choir from First United Methodist Church of Glendale for a Lenten presentation of this ethereal Mass for the Dead based on Gregorian chant.

Music for the Day Before Easter
This program of Baroque chamber music will be drawn from the cantatas of J.S. Bach and others. Presented in the Chapel by First UMC staff singers and friends, this intimate program will offer a time of reflection and hope on the afternoon before Easter.
